Updates

7/19/2022 – We have re-engineered a few aspects of the app to deliver a faster, richer experience. Updates include:

  • The export date range has been fixed
  • Editing timesheet entries has been revamped
  • Staff can see how long they have been clocked in
  • Many interface speed and functionality enhancements
  • You can opt in to get notified when we open a free 30-day trial of our powerful Pro features.

How does the Time Clock Basic app for Commerce7 works?

1. Clock-In

At the beginning of your shift, go to the Commerce7 POS or Reservations module. Tap on the hamburger menu on the left side. Select Time Clock from the menu.

Next tap on the blue button to Clock-In.

2. Clock-Out

At the end of your shift, go to the Commerce7 POS or Reservations module. Tap on the hamburger menu on the left side. Select Time Clock from the menu.

Next tap on the blue button to Clock-Out.

3. Editing Timesheets

Sometimes, staff members forget to clock in or out. Admins can go to Reports > Employee Timesheets.

They will be able to edit any missing timesheet entries.

4. Exporting Timesheets

Admins can go to Reports > Employee Timesheets.

Click on Export Timesheets for All, and select a start date and end date to export timesheet records from that timeframe. You can also export timesheets for individual staff members by clicking on View, next to the time member's name. Next, click onExport Timesheet on the upper right side, then select a start date and end date to export timesheet records from that timeframe.
